Probate
The death of a person is a very emotional time for family and friends, and their distress only deepens if confronted with confusion in the deceased’s affairs. MCG Lawyers can help you. If you have been appointed an Executor, MCG Lawyers can make the necessary application for Probate to the Supreme Court so you will have the legal authority to deal with the assets of the deceased person. Contesting a Will
If you believe you have been unfairly treated by a Will of a deceased person you may be entitled to make a claim against the estate.
